2012 Race Ticket Service

WITH THE MAJORITY of circuits publishing their ticket prices early, we have taken the opportunity to include this information in our brochure. You will find comprehensive race ticket details alongside the travel arrangements for each event. Should you require further guidance, simply telephone this office – we have extensive first hand spectating experience at every race featured in the brochure (except the United States GP, of course) and will be delighted to help you get the most out of your investment.

BOOKING PROCEDURE: Please indicate your requirements on the Booking Form, along with your travel requirements. Please include a second choice in case your preferred option is not available. Full payment must accompany your order. Most events sell out well in advance so you are advised to reserve your race tickets when you book your tour. Tickets will be distributed by your Tour Manager on the first day of the tour.

FOR YOUR GUIDANCE: All race ticket information and advice is provided in good faith, but is intended for guidance only. Clients who require assurances which we are unable to offer are advised to deal directly with the promoter. Circuit diagrams show the approximate position of spectator areas, pits and start line but should not be regarded as authoritative. Positions or availability of any facility (eg TV screens) may be varied at the discretion of the promoter and MRI will not accept responsibility for any such variance. Some spectator locations have safety fencing or other structures which may affect the view. Availability will change as the season progresses and alternative vantage points may be offered.

TICKET ONLY SERVICE: For the majority of events, we are able to offer a "Ticket Only" service to those clients not travelling with us. We reserve the right to withdraw this service for individual events without notice. For Grands Prix, a service charge of £25 per order (£35 if outside UK) for up to 5 tickets (plus £5 for each additional ticket) will apply. Bookings will only be accepted on the enclosed booking form, by fax or mail. Full payment must accompany your order. Tickets will normally be dispatched by registered mail 10 days before the event. TICKET PRICES: Prices shown in this brochure are valid for the relevant race in the year 2012, unless otherwise stated. All prices include a handling charge (which may include provision for currency fluctuation, speculative loss on unsold tickets, operating costs, third party premiums where events are sold out, bank charges and VAT). Race Tickets and Hospitality Arrangements are not covered by our "no surcharge guarantee", but once your ticket is paid for, and confirmed in writing by us, prices will not fluctuate. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any Race Ticket price list without notice. Grandstand Tickets include entry unless otherwise stated.

PADDOCK CLUB In addition to those tickets described on the relevant page for each individual Grand Prix, we are also able to supply Paddock Club Hospitality, the ultimate way to enjoy Formula One. Viewing from above the pits, or from a prime grandstand, plus pitwalk and first class catering at your reserved table. Hospitality as enjoyed by the teams and their sponsors.

At the time of going to press, 2012 prices had not been issued. For your guidance last year's Paddock Club passes were priced from £2,699 for Sunday only; from £2,899 for Saturday & Sunday; and from £3,099 for all 3 days.
